Where Do We Deliver To?

Home delivery - UK & Islands

Standard delivery is available Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm

When will I get my delivery?
If you order before 8am on a Monday you will receive your order the next day therefore on the Tuesday if you choose 24hour tracked option or spend the required amount to automactically have this applied. If you order after 12pm on a Monday, you will recieve your order on the Wednesday. We at The Ethnic Pantry are big on being transparent so if we have any details or doubts we will reach out to you. We want to bring back proper customer service and open dialogues  to acertain realistic lead times on deliveries. 

What if I need my delivery the next day but I didnt meet the cut off time?
Let us know and we will try and find a way. Where there is a will there is a way. Our delivery partners understand us and subsequently our customers. We want to be the ultimate shop for ingredients, so let us know and we will explore all our options.

What if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

On the morning of delivery you will receive an email from our courier with an hour time slot so you know when you expect it to arrive. If you are not home to take delivery of your order, it can be left in a safe place.

What are the leads time for my delivery?

if you order after 12pm on a Monday for example you will receive your delivery on Wednesday. If you choose economy and your delivery is dispacthed after the fifth day, the team will upgrade the order to 24 hour tracked.

What are your Delivery options

We have three delivery options :

Over £40 - Free Economy delivery usually delivered 2-5 days - Normally £4.95
Over £50 - Free Tracked 48. You will receive your order in 2-3 days - Normallu £5.99
Over £100 - Free Tracked 24. You will re3ceive your order in 1-2 days - Normally £6.99
